<p>If you are looking to evict someone, there are quite a few steps that you are going to need to go through before you evict someone.  That is what we are talking to talk about in the next few blogs … how you can certainly evict someone and how to go through the process.</p>
<p>Firstly, you always need to make sure that before you sign a lease with someone, you are screening them – that way, you might not have to go through the eviction process.</p>
